David Kohl
President and CEO

David Kohl is President and Chief Executive Officer.  David joins TrustX with 25+ years media and entertainment industry experience in business strategy and operations consulting. He has a proven track-record of driving quantifiable performance improvement with some of the largest cable and broadcast networks, global advertising agencies, media trade organizations and emerging-growth digital businesses. His client portfolio includes ABC Television, NBCUniversal, Time Warner Cable, WPP Group, IPG and Hulu. David has led the TrustX design and launch team with DCN since the project’s inception as CEO of Morgan Digital Ventures. Before Morgan Digital, David was Advertising Sector Leader with EY’s Media & Entertainment Advisory Practice.

John Vilade is Chief Revenue Officer of TrustX and Senior Vice President, Advertiser Relations, DCN. John is a 20+ year media industry sales and business development executive with experience in digital, broadcast television and national cable advertising. He’s led sales, strategy and revenue growth with leading media and entertainment organizations, such as NBC Universal, CBS, Discovery Communications and The Weather Channel, and was an early sales leader with Hulu where he scaled ad sales significantly. Clients think of John as a true champion of creativity, innovation, empowerment and integrity. TrustX is honored to have such a collaborative, trusted and results-oriented leader as Chief Revenue Officer.

TechOps Manager

Paul Wyrembak is Technical Operations Manager.  Paul joins TrustX with 3+ years digital advertising technology and operations experience. Prior to joining TrustX, Paul was the Programmatic Platform Manager at Padsquad, a mobile software company that combines premium mobile user experiences with a mobile advertising marketplace.  Joining in the early stages of Padsquad, Paul spearheaded the growth of the company’s supply-side infrastructure and successfully implemented a fully automated on-boarding platform. Paul also led technical integrations across Padsquad’s premium supply partners, and managed all programmatically-executed campaigns. Paul brings a breadth of hands-on media technology experience to the TrustX team and our members.
